   a. All our products are hand-painted and uniquely crafted. As a result, slight variations in color, design, and texture may occur.  
  b. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

   a. Prices are listed in Canadian and are subject to change without prior notice.  
  b. Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods are specified on our website.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

   a. Orders are processed within 5 days after payment is received.  
  b. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.  
  c. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

   a. Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where items are defective or damaged.  
  b. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with supporting evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.  

6. Intellectual Property Rights

   a. All content, designs, and artwork on our website are the intellectual property of Signifind by Cj. 
  b. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or website content for any purpose without our explicit permission.

7. Privacy Policy

   a. Any personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].  
  b. We value your privacy and do not share your information with third parties, except when required to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

   a. Signifind by Cj is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
